PC Nvidia Freestyle?

Has anyone got this to work? Nvidia says to press Alt+F3 to get an overlay in game. When press it though, nothing but the in game box pops up that tells various things like x-y cords and such. I tried everything and it lists 7 Days To Die in the supported for freestyle tab.

I even checked the box that says, "Enable experimental features" under my Nvidia account.

It works fine but has the exact same problems as reshade does.
