PC Not Hunted on Horde Night, its broken, any ideas?

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone has come across an issue on there server where horde nights are bringing no waves of zombies in at all? people are able to crouch and it say undetected while in the middle of a forest. Its a vanilla Server with the Map seed Hell any ideas or fixes would be great thanks.

Yes we have the same on our server. It happens more often when the server been lagging out a bit after players been digging alot and alot of blocks have fallen down. Just restart the gameserver
