So, this has always been extremely frustrating for me as a Prefabber. Both the pine forest and snow terrain blocks will adapt to whichever biome a POI spawns in. However, in many cases, I have wanted to have specifically those blocks in a POI that would remain so - not adapting to the biome. For example, I may want a greenhouse, where the ground has been protected from the extreme environments and remains green - regardless where the POI spawns. There are currently three "green" terrain blocks available for use in prefab building: Topsoil Terrain Filler POI, Forest Ground, and Topsoil. All three of them adapt to the various biomes.
Could we PLEASE have a stand-alone green/forest terrain block that does NOT adapt to each biome? It's been done for the sand/sandstone/Desert terrain blocks. I've tried making custom terrain blocks, but it looks like the adaptive function is tied to the specific texture IDs.
Same goes with a non-adaptive snow block. Not as many use-cases as the forest/grass terrain block, but there have been several instances where I would have liked to have non-adaptive snow terrain blocks for a custom POI.
