PC No zombies spawning in clear quests

No, I didn't start a new run with B240, so it could be that (have now restarted), but my save from the previous A17 build was not spawning zombies in clear quests in B240. Was fine otherwise. Anyone else? Anyone getting this who did start a new save?

If you didn't wipe from a previous build, that's a known thing to happen.
