PC No Tier Point for Doing a Job

I just started a new play through and while doing Tier 1 jobs for Rekt I noticed that there was a red symbol on it.  I didn't know what it meant so I did the job and got the reward but I didn't get the tier point.  Has anybody seen this?  Does anybody know why?

New feature where only a certain amount of quests per day count towards tier progression. I’ve read the default is 3 and you can change in settings. However can’t check as I’m a console player.

yeah ran in to this yesterday on a dedicated server. do you know if there is a way the dedicated server owner can adjust that or through the dm menu?

I think there was a post not long ago about it being able to be configured in the serverconfig.xml file on servers.
