PC No more barbed wire in Alpha 18 ?

I can't find the barbed wire craft... I did find the "Barbed wire" item in creative mod, but I checked the workbench, the forge and it seems unavailable since Alpha 18...

I also checked the changelog, but nothing related to.

Can you confirm ?

Yes it was removed. In the release notes somewhere
