iv been playing on starvation mod but was wondering if i could add valmod expansion to it as well? and play both mods in one? wasn't sure if its possible if anyone could help me out with this?

Technically no I believe - there's some modification that both make and the 'last one you installed' would over-write the first mods settings and could possibly crash the game.
Starvation is Excellent! Great challenge! I think you're wanting the 'classes' part added to Starvation? That might be relatively easier than trying to get the two compatible with each other.
