New voice actor

I'm still scratching my head at this. Aside from Jen, Joel is now the least objectionable trader VO-wise. Do you think he's too cheery? He lives in the wasteland! Dude's probably high as a kite all the time just to keep from going insane.

My question is why the hell would you build in the wasteland. His base style should be in a forest. But joel should be in like a bunker or something
