New upgrade feature

I think RedSonja added vanilla trucks and tracktors that are repairable from vanilla blocks into entities with vehicle repair tool kit. She plans to add some more vanilla repairable vehicles in the future. Not sure about how long it will take cuz she has several armour projects and vehicle concepts.
