Windows New pc issues

I recently bought a new pc and while I play the game I notice my vram overtime fills completely to 8gb while only being roughly under 70% utilization while my cpu is barely being used at all. I'm on a :
Amd Ryzen 7 8700f cpu
Amd Radeon RX 7600 gpu
16gb ddr5 ram
Any help is appreciated as it's the 1st time on a AMD system.
