New ideas

The Plague spitter should have biting flies not bee's! It should be more inline with a zombie like flies that carry infections or the kind of flies on rotten flesh. Like the green death fly that lays eggs that turn into maggots is the common green bottle fly (Lucilia sericata). These insects are a member of the larger blow fly family, Calliphoridae, which are characterized by their metallic blue or green coloring. That lay eggs that turn into maggots! Botflies are parasitic flies whose larvae (maggots) develop inside the tissues of other animals, including humans, often forming a bulge called a warble with a breathing hole. The adult botfly is a chunky, bee-like fly that does not feed and lives only a few days. The larvae are transferred to a host when the adult botfly attaches its eggs to a carrier insect, like a mosquito, which then transfers them to a warm-blooded host.
Life Cycle
Eggs: Adult botflies lay eggs on carrier insects, such as mosquitoes.
Larval Transfer: When the carrier insect lands on a warm-blooded host, the heat from the host's body causes the eggs to hatch.
Entry: The tiny larvae then enter the host's body through the bite wound, a hair follicle, or other soft skin.
Development: The larvae grow and develop under the skin, creating a warble with a small hole for breathing.
Emergence: After several weeks, the larva exits the host, burrows into the ground, pupates, and emerges as an adult fly.
Symptoms of a Botfly Infestation
A slow-growing, itchy, or mildly painful nodule or papule on the skin.
A small, central opening in the lesion, from which a serosanguinous (bloody) fluid may be expressed.
Life-threatening complications
Cerebral myiasis: A particularly lethal, though uncommon, risk for young children is when larvae from species like Dermatobia hominis enter the brain through the soft spots on their scalp (the fontanelles).
Neurological damage: If larvae migrate to the brain or spinal cord in humans or animals, they can cause seizures, paralysis, and severe disorientation.
Respiratory obstruction: In rare cases, larvae can affect the respiratory system, causing severe breathing problems that can be life-threatening.
Extensive tissue damage: The screwworm fly (Cochliomyia hominovorax) is a different type of fly that causes myiasis and is a more serious threat. Its larvae feed on living flesh and can cause massive tissue destruction, which has led to human deaths.
Severe allergic reaction: Attempting to squeeze out or improperly remove the larva can cause it to rupture beneath the skin. This can trigger a severe inflammatory or anaphylactic reaction in the host.
Common complications and risks
Secondary bacterial infection: While botfly larvae secrete antibacterial agents to prevent infection while feeding, the wound can become infected with bacteria after the larva is removed. Improper removal can also increase the risk of infection.
Foreign body reaction: If the larva is not fully removed and a piece is left behind, it can cause a foreign body reaction or lead to a secondary bacterial infection.
Inflammation and pain: A botfly larva creates a boil-like lesion (furuncular myiasis), causing localized pain, swelling, and discomfort. The larva has spiny segments that anchor it in place, which is why it can be painful to remove.
Eye infection: Species such as the sheep botfly (Oestrus ovis) can occasionally infest humans and cause a serious eye infection called ophthalmomyiasis.
Prevention and treatment
Do not attempt self-removal: Never try to squeeze out the larvae, as this can cause it to rupture and lead to serious complications.
Seek medical help: The safest method is to see a healthcare provider for removal. Medical professionals can use methods like hydraulic extraction, which forces the larva out without crushing it.
Cover wounds: To prevent infestation in endemic areas, keep any open wounds covered.
Use insect repellent: Using repellents containing DEET on exposed skin and permethrin on clothing can protect against the mosquitoes and other insects that transmit the botfly eggs.
Iron your clothes: In tropical regions, ironing clothes that have been line-dried is recommended, as tumbu flies (a type of botfly) can lay eggs on the fabric.
A sensation of movement under the skin.
Treatment
Suffocation: Applying a thick substance like petroleum jelly, nail polish, or duct tape to the warble can block the larva's breathing hole, forcing it to come out.
Manual Removal: Once the larva is forced to the surface, it can be removed with tweezers.
Surgical Removal: In some cases, a veterinarian or doctor may need to surgically remove the larva. You could do a lot more with this like make the player carft things to get rid of the larve! And if you want bee's make a zombie in the forest area with a bee's nest in it's head as a Easter egg to the zombie in the walking dead! And have a venmom reaction that you need to make a antivenom for as well as for the snake bite. And I am mixed blood with native American of Apache on my father's side. I love that the plague spitter is going to be native. But just a word of advice make zombies of as many different ethnic groups as you can sometimes you don't get any backlash!
You should have a option to turn of any RPG mode and got back to learn by doing so it can be more of a several crafting game without books and magazines like in the old days. Give players the option between the two like you do with other things? And you can also add challenges like getting so many vulture kills and another challenge to kill them in the air! Let use have the option to scaveng zombie gear/clothes like before turn on and off option. Make a zombie fun pimp with a Caine that does a lot of damage but the zombie is hard to kill and you can get the ability to make it as well! Pimp hat that gives amazing prices at the trader. Make a fun pimp zombie and pimp clothes that give great buffs! And give quest rewards for finding all the Easter eggs in the game. And put in more Easter egg locations. Like the night of the living dead movie houses. Make zombies less intelligent and give the zombie A.I. to Bandits and let them have bases that you can read and take over if you beat them. Let us have a animal companion like a dog that can help us hunt fight.
