it is nearly silent with a small amount of bubbling sound inside a container. it takes pot and lid with a hole in it and cylinder and fulcrum arm, a gasket is also needed. 

Then you just put the cylinder with a gasket on it just like a bicycle pump and use the fulcrum to make negative pressure for a small amount of material. then you wait and when the fulcrum reach full height and show no resistance the material will be as though it was cooked. it really works but tastes sometimes like the gasket. it you make it of the right plastic then it has no taste at all and that is the kind that you favorite foods already come in but they only work once so you have to find more parts.

 
Could you elaborate please? I'm not sure what you are suggesting. I get is has something to do with food, but everything else is just a jumble of words to me, sorry.

edit it and develop it for yourself. it is just an idea and you don't have to do what i say now do you.

Dude, I was being nice in telling you what you wrote made absolutely no sense. I ask for more information so I could understand. I have no idea what negative atmosphere cooking is.
