Need help with Dedicated server

i created a vm with windows 10 pro, downloaded steam and 7 days to die dedicated server.

turned my firewall and antivirus off and get this error

can someone help me fix this?

I've never ran game servers under a VM, so not sure there. But you can't simply turn off windows defender/security, you have to add exclusions to the real-time scanner. Also make sure ports are forwarded correctly

i added it to the realtime virus and port forwarding is setup correctly

im trying to post the logs

Is port 443 blocked or rather inaccessible for the server to use? Also, although it likely doesn't cause the EOS issue, your sys ram allotment is way too low, you want 8GB at a minimum

That obsolete Windows version will also have certificate issues with EoS. This is covered in the Support FAQ Thread.
