Need help creating a modlet to remove the burnt forest/wasteland ambient light effect

Hi. I am trying to remove the darkening filter/effect applied when entering the burnt forest and wasteland biomes (see https://youtu.be/78X1A-qzA0o). 

I tried the relevant "weather" commands and it doesn't like it's dependent on fog or clouds.

Please advise.

I have one that changes the spectrum in the wasteland and burnt forest to the pine forest, I think that is what you are looking for.

I think I also turned off fog and rain in it, they all screw with my eyes. Cannot upload it right now, but you can change them in the biomes.xml IIRC, Ill upload the mod later on if there is not one going around already which does this.

That sounds like the fix I am looking for. I'll play with the spectrum values in biomes.xml and see if this helps.
