Need a little help with A16 conversion tables to A17

Hello,

I have a question, I made some changes on the block 2004 ( solar bank ) to allow for more pannels and higher watts. The changes took but they don't seem to load into the game. I have gone through the instructions listed at the top of the A16refabconversion.xml file. and used them in the command promt.

I must be missing a step or something, can anyone shed some light on how to edit this? if i haven't explained it correctly, let me know and I'll try again

Could you post the section you edited? Hard to say what the issue might be without seeing the actual code. Are you updating a prefab of yours or was this just an xml edit of the solar bank? If your just changing the vanilla solar bank then you wouldn't need to worry about the conversion table and just edit the block directly again or make a modlet to change it through xpath

thanks for the reply, yes, I am just trying to edit the block (solar bank). the only way I can find the block is in the A16prefabconversion folder.

is that not the right path? if not, could you tell me which folder its in?

 
I found the problem, my server has block.xml file set to read only, I asked to have that removed so i can edit it, we shall see
