Windows Nearly ZERO Legendary Parts spawning in late game bug.

I'm currently level 90 and have noticed that I haven't found a single legendary part in dozens of hours. At this point, I went into creative mode in a new game, leveled up to 200, my loot stage went over 200, and I started teleporting to Tier 5 POI loot rooms. Indeed, the spawn rate for parts is abysmally low (like, abnormally abysmal).


It seems to be bugged in the late game, because I do remember finding some in early to mid-game. This has essentially halted my progression. I can craft most Tier 6 items in my non-creative game, but I find zero legendary parts — only armor parts, of which I already have 200+.


I managed to find some in creative mode, but that's still far too rare of a chance. At this rate, I'm going to have to clear about 10 Tier 5 POIs to get a single part in the late game.


In the attached screenshot, I only found 3 parts out of 10 Tier 5 POIs! That is way too low. They were reasonably hard to find in early to mid-game, but in the late game, it is borderline impossible.

I understand that for a dev team testing the chances in creative mode, this may seem reasonable, but for actual players in a normal world, it is annoyingly low.
