Since you posted in the mod forum you probably are using a mod, right? If yes you also need to name the mod as the problem may depend on which mod you are using

I checked my Mods,I found the problem,Because I deleted the CrossHair of all weapons,After restoring CrossHair my robot turret can hit the zombie.
