My level six drone is glitched off map...

It's been three actual days trying to grind an get it back..... Is there away to get it back? There were alot of things in there... Including a red gyrocopter so I wouldn't lose it.....
 
Unfortunately, the solution for this issue is only available to be done on PC since it includes using console commands and/or removing a few files that PS doesn't have access to. If they can confirm this issue is a reoccurring frequently, they will add it to their list of issues to fix, however it might be just a case of bad luck.

You don't lose a drone from dying, unless you didn't exit the game properly after you died. The game auto saves, so if you quit the game while it was saving (like rage quit), then you won't be getting that drone back.
 
Dang.... So what your telling me is.... Even if the world was refreshed... It still possibly won't help the issue?

Nope didn't rage quit my own save with other people on it..... It glitched out on me.... This is Beta for the systems... Why do you think everything perfected?

If you go near where the drone was when you died and it's not showing on your map or compass then you are screwed.
 
I have tried every variation of finding coordinates to no effect. I have tried every variation of deleting it to no effect. There is currently no PS5 option to fix the problem. I have made a separate thread of suggestions the devs could use to address the problem.

The only advise to keep it from repeating is to put your drone in your action bar when traveling.

But that's another problem... You can't carry what the drone has if your already over-cumbered... Let alone the drone..
