My dedicated server dont show server information

My dedicated  server (steam cmd) dont show  ServerDescription  and  ServerWebsiteURL in the lobby of the  multiplayer game any idea i try everything

Have you forwarded the correct ports in your router to your server?

The defaults are 26900 TCP and 26900 through 26903 UDP.
