Windows My base at the POI disappeared

While playing, while standing in my base, the chunk suddenly reset to its original state from day 1 of the game.
I had an LCB and a bedroll placed in the base. As shown in the recording, the structures I built are visible from a distance, but when I get closer, they disappear.
I have the Chunk Reset Time option disabled. This happened once again with another base built in a POI.
It occurred after updating the game to hotfix version V2.5 b27.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this to happen and whether there is any way to recover my base?

According to the log, someone ran the cr "chunk reset" command.

Och, masz rację — przeanalizowałem teraz log i rzeczywiście go znalazłem. Wtedy zacząłem eksperymentować z modyfikacjami, więc możliwe, że jedna z nich spowodowała ten problem. Jestem nowy w tej grze — czy istnieje sposób na przywrócenie stanu gry sprzed wydania tego polecenia?
