Multiple XML files through Xpath?

Is it possible to edit multiple xml files via one xpath.

I want to edit where a poi can spawn. This is handled in the prefab xml I believe. And I'm looking for a way to edit every single poi but without editing every single prefab file.

Is this possible through a modlet?
