Multiple Land Claims

Howdy! 

I'm aware we can have multiple land claims per a user.  There's a setting for it in serverxml.cfg and it works under host havoc.  I have another host that when set to 2, it only allows them to place one, and the second goes inactive after about a minute. 

I'm looking to see if I can be directed to when multiple land claims were introduced?  I think I found around a17 they were still only 1 per user.  But in a18/19/20 I don't see any patch notes that say "Players can have more than 1 active land claim now" etc etc.  Looking to see if someone can point me in the direction of the notes to validate with our other host.

Before the option to set a limit, there was no limit. Then the limitation was added, and there was a config line to configure the limit with the default being one.  Pretty sure the change was in a18 with the config file. Should be listed in the patch notes under server settings.
