Multiplayer Dedicated Server Question

HI, I'm Looking for someone to help me, I have a dedicated Sever done by Bisect hosting. I am looking for something that will display the whole map from the start of the game but not show any other players also disable party invites. does this exist? can someone point me in the right direction.

To get the web map to display the whole map, just crawl it using visitmap.  It will not remove the FoW for players in-game though.  You can set the web map permissions so that it doesn't display other players.

Disabling party would likely require a dll mod to change the core game mechanics. I am not certain anything like that exists, but you can look in the modding section of the forum.
