Windows Movement error

Since starting 2.5, I've run into this problem multiple times. I thought at first that maybe my wireless keyboard battery might be getting old, but after looking into it more, that isn't the case.

This is on 2.5 with a game that was started on 2.5 Stable and hasn't happened prior to 2.5. It is MP, but I am the host, so it is unlikely to be some kind of lag problem. I do have a few small mods installed, so I'm not asking TFP to necessarily try to fix it, but I'm hoping someone else can comment on this and maybe see if anyone else has experienced this.

What happens is that my character will suddenly start being moved in a direction on its own. This movement is directional. For example, if it is moving me directly South, I can rotate my character and it will still be moving me south even though I'm now facing a different direction. This negates any potential issue with a movement key getting stuck as that wouldn't keep moving me in a specific direction if I rotate my character. Also, the movement is not a normal movement speed. If I face away from the direction it is moving me and walk, I'll still move in the direction it's moving me, though more slowly. If I sprint, then I'll move the way I'm facing, but somewhat slower than walking speed. So the speed I'm being moved is somewhere between walking speed and running speed, which is odd because you'd think if it was a normal moving bug, it would be one of those speeds and not something else.

This problem has lasted somewhere around 10-20 seconds, give or take before working again. In one case, when I managed to try to get down a set of stairs, it was actually teleporting me back and forth repeatedly up and down the stairs. In another case, the movement problem stopped right when I managed to jump back through the window I had just exited when the problem started. The problem didn't occur again when I jumped through it again, so wasn't reproducible. This may not mean it is tied to some specific coordinates, but the timing was odd.

In the attached log, the error happened two times that I was able to check the time within a short time of it happening. The times were 11:30PM and 12:00AM +/- 5 minutes or so (23:30 and 00:00). I tried seeing if anything stood out in there, but didn't see anything specific.

What kind of drive is this G:? M.2, HDD, or SSD?
SSD. My M.2 is only 256GB, so there's never enough room for games to be installed or for saves, so I always move any saves I can to my other SSD. Windows wants to dump everything onto C: and although you can change stuff around, it's a hassle unless you do it right away instead of after years of use. The only thing I've bothered changing is download to be on the other drive instead of C:.
