Mouse feels slower on Inventory Screen

When I open my inventory, it feels like the DPI of my mouse drops a little bit. Similar to how you can set your ADS sensitivity to be lower than non-ADS. Is there a setting that controls this? It's odd as it doesn't always feel like it does it, but other times it seems very noticeable. Is this something on my end or do other people experience this?

 
Sounds like 3rd-party software getting in the way. Common with logitech or Razer devices that use extra software for additional mouse settings and configuration.

Open the game launcher and tick the box for "Use native input".

 
If I "Save and Use as Default" does that mean I won't need to use the launcher to launch the game again? Not sure I've ever used it until now.
