Motorcycle disappeared

I've had a few bluescreens and other crashes between the recent experimental builds and finally realized my motorcycle has disappeared.

It's still visible on the compass, right where I left it, but it's physically not there. I checked below and above with noclip/fly as well.

Question: is there some way (like a command or whatever hack) to remotely invoke the vehicle interaction menu? That way I could open the inventory, take all items then just pick up the vehicle and place it once again in the world.

If not, what other options do I have?

Your log file will show the motorcycles position on the world. Check there.

If that doesn't work, you can replace the motorcycle and it's contents from the

Creative Menu.

You can also look in the console while playing the game (press F1).  Then either scroll back until you see the list of vehicles or wait a couple of minutes and it should appear again.  Use the coordinates to find the vehicle.

Warning:  when this happens, it can cause another bug that makes you lose your tool belt.  To avoid this, once you find your vehicle, remove everything from your tool belt.  Then get on the vehicle, drive a short distance, then get off again. Exit your game and reload it.  You can now safely put things back on your tool belt.  Not doing this after finding a vehicle that went missing after a crash had a good chance of deleting everything on your tool belt.

What if you're on Xbox console and can't change the game to Creative. 😅  (session is already existing and cannot be changed)

Finally, after days, found 2 of the 3 drones lost in the 3 crashes. Still haven't found 2 gyros and trucks though!  They don't show up on the compass for the players who deployed them....

I don't use console version, but are there really no logs in console version?  The host log would show locations even if you can't see the in game console.

Y ah, no.;( We're not on a hosted server, so there are no server logs. Console doesn't have a way to access any of that.

But, we flew by one missing gyro last night and it fell from the sky to our location.....they're out there and will magically reappear if you find that magic spot!!!!!

Glad you found one.  They are usually going to be somewhere along the path the person was on when the same crashed.  Usually within 500-1000m.  But unless you were going straight, it is easy to miss finding them.

They really should make viewing at least the current game's log/console available for console.  They don't need to let you use commands if that is an issue, but they should let you see the log.  Apparently the next console release will include a bug report feature that will include logs automatically, so they can help you more easily.  So logs are there.  No reason not to let you look at them, imo.
