More skill points per level and more resources per hit help please

I have done very little with editing files in the game so consider me a noob lol. Can anyone give me a clear explanation of what file/files I would have to change and what I should change them to to achieve more skill points per level and more resources per hit.

Help very much appreciated. :smile-new:

For more resources/faster harvesting I just posted a modlet that increases that today :)

Edit: And Stasis78 beat me to the punch lol :) Thats also a way to get more resources. Combined they should give even more ;)

 
He was vague on what more he wanted so I just linked an example. Butcher harvest is different than stone or wood for instance.

For your skill points, Stasis78 has you covered with their triplethreatpoint mod https://7daystodie.com/forums/showthread.php?101339-LAME-mods-by-stasis78 Otherwise, if you don't want to use modlets, you can open up the progression.xml and skill points per level is right at the top. Just change the 1 to however many you want.
I have a chainsaw mod that adds extra harvest bonus too if you want to go the tools route.

Yep, and The huntsman perk is included in my harvesting modlet. I might edit that out in my own game since I have your farm mod installed now tho. If I ever find the time to actually play the game again :p
