More FIRE related items

While there are a few options currently, like torches, flaming shaft mod, flaming arrows, and Molotovs, I do think there is room for more fire based weaponry and items.

Ammo:

- Incendiary rocket, another ammo type for the rocket launcher. Larger fire puddle radius than Molotov and lasts a little longer.

- Tracer ammo (9mm, .44, 7.62), equal damage than a standard bullet (less than HP and AP), but has a chance to set the target on fire. Does not allow stealth shots.

- Dragons Breath ammo for shotguns, produces blast of flaming ammo that does less initial damage, but sets enemies ablaze.

Weapon: Flamethrower

- It would be under the category of “explosives”, in the same way that Molotov’s are. A cone of flame, uses fuel as ammo.

- Since burning damage is its own thing, higher tiers of it would increase RANGE and AMMO CONSUMPTION RATE.

- Existing modifications of small and large fuel tanks (normally for motorized tools) would still be relevant.

Trap:

A flamethrower type trap that follows the same basic principles of the dart trap. When powered, produces a jet of flame. Requires fuel as ammo.

Tool: Cutting Torch

- counts as a mechanized tool, but is much more quiet than auger or chainsaw, attracting less zombies

- high effectiveness on metal blocks, making it very useful for getting into containers and past metal doors/security gates

- much like a sledgehammer, would not collect materials, strictly for breaking into things.

- runs on fuel

More variety on an iconic element in the zombie apocalypse. Fire could be harnessed in a number of ways. This list is to get some ideas started.

Fire can be a big FPS killer, especially sustained flame, depending on the computer or console and that's the main reason they've limited what they've done with fire.  But they have talked about maybe adding a fire trap of some sort.

Perhaps rather than a large plume of flame on each ignited enemy, it could be reduced to a smoldering effect as to reduce issues? (Similar to burning zombies). Just spitballing the idea.

Plus something like cutting tool wouldn’t need to be crazy with the flame.
