Just want to preface this by saying these are just my thoughts and are not objective in any way.
First they take armor that was missing from the overhaul and put it into paid DLC, now they put even more effort into outfits than the actual armor system, which could benefit from more variety. Is this dlc list gonna be like the sims eventually? Like, instead of adding new sets to the game, or clothing (which the classic survivor very much looks like), they just.. add outfits. It just adds insult to injury for me that the trailers for some of the outfits have smoother animation than the actual game as well. Also, there's literally no artstyle coherence. Is this Diablo? Seriously? (Yes, it looks really cool, but this does NOT look like 7DTD)
This just feels super greedy and tonedeaf to me. They haven't even done things like fix facial hair clipping or improve character creation since the new system's implementation, but outfits keep getting churned out. 6 dollars for silly Christmas hats???? I guess the only thing they stick to on their roadmaps are the paid dlc.
