Modlet Question - Please Help

I fully understand how to INSTALL modlets. That being said, if I place modlet folders in the Mods folder, does it modify any other folders? The question being if I want to DELETE a modlet, do I simply have to remove that modlet folder from the Mods folder and I will be OK?

I want to avoid installing 10 modlets and then I have an issue with one and have to delete all modlets and reinstall...

Any help/advice would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance-

Yeah you can just delete them, doing so might break a save file so starting a new world could be required but thats it.
