[MODLET] Craftable Red Lights

Yep! Lets use them Red Lights for something good. You can craft these in the work bench just like simple lights

and for the same crafting amounts.

Oh jeez forgot to post thar part. Use the bat file and it will copy and back up your old localization and enter the localization entries for the light it can be used in the light mod folder.

I plan on adding to this mod by adding in the rest of the poli lights and allowing them to be craftable also
