PC Mode swaps

Is anyone else having a weird mode swap? I've been trying to get a grasp of the mechanics in creative and the mode swaps to survival when I close the game.

Not me. I did not think you could change a world from creative to survival, but I have not tried. Other setting I know you can change as wanted

That is default behavior, even on the PC.  If you exit the game, it always goes back to regular mode or survival.  You have to re-engage creative mode every time you start the saved game.

Pretty sure that's not accurate unless it changed in the 1.0 update and I didn't notice.  If you enable creative mode through console then it will reset when you log off and back in but you can also enable creative mode in the game settings before you start in which case it should be enabled next time.

Just checked my creative and the option to turn it off is grey and does not let you turn ot off. No building some super cool thing then get achievements..
