Modding Question

So im fairly new to modding however i got a nice server set up with host havoc and i have added a ton of fun server sided mods 

the part im confused and stuck on is how to install chat commands and assign them to players such as the /sethome command and /bag command ect..

If someone could point me in the right direction i would greatly appreciate it

Thanks thats a good start. the commands that are missing such as a command to teleport to your bag after you die can be manually added into the configs?

Server managers handle those tasks.  Rat if you're using Windows, Botman if you're using Linux.
