PC Modding Nailgun causing player data to fail?

So last night, before b231 was announced, a player in my dedicated server put a trigger mod (I believe) on her nailgun. The server crashed immediately after that. I restarted the server, everyone was able to join again, but when she did the server would crash. I deleted her player profile from the server save, she did a full uninstall/reinstall. Still had the same outcome. She would get some sort of "player data corruption" message (she could still load her single player saves). I did a full server wipe and then she was able to play.

Anyone else encounter this? Is this a known issue? This was on b221.

There’s been a known issue from almost the beginning that adding the auto trigger to the nail gun causes problems. You may want to report this if this isn’t covered by the current known issue (Look at the first post of the bug reporting thread towards the bottom. That is where I remember seeing hr nail gun known issue.)

Thanks for the replies everyone, I thought I remembered hearing something about it. I could probably replicate it, not sure I would want to though. If any devs want a video on it I could get you a twitch highlight, not sure it would help though since it would be from my character and not the character that added the mod.
