Mod will not function on server as a mod - Suggestions?

The mod will load into the server but whenever a weapon is equipped it errors out.  Below is the error I keep getting.  Looking for any help or suggestions.  Thanks in advance.

Is it also loaded on the client?

To expand on bdubyah's response, if the mod adds new assets to the game (which based on the screenshot provided it does), then the mod needs to be installed on the server machine and everyone that is connecting to it.  The mod author probably mentioned that in the description.

If that is not the case, you will need to provide a lot more information for people to assist you.
