[MOD] Removal of Power Attack Whining

If like me, you dislike listening to the player character grunt and whine everytime they use the power attack, this modlet should remove that issue for you. Its small and to the point.

Yes, some sounds are unnecessary in this game, it seems the developers sometimes forget what game they are doing.

They forget that this "design" is not for a couple of hours of play.

Hey, I can't make this work, no grunt with fireaxe but grunt with pickaxe and boneshive, i use SMX mods.

Its prob some kind of interaction/clash with SMX then. Just retested with the pickaxe and boneshiv and I get no sounds. Likely SMX is doing something with tools as well thats overwriting this one.
