Just wondering if we're able to use those? Like if I go into a POI and there's an active generator in it, am I able to take my wiring tool and attach cables to it and use that generator?

 
No. Same for putting a claim block next to the gyro in the Army base, won't let you pick it up.

They do feed power to some lights or doors but only already attached, so if smashed those lights go out.  Pre built things domt really let you interact with them like they would of you built it.

 
man what a shame lol would be nice if we could, it would help out some on picking a good POI and utilizing all of its features
