Missing buildings

Having some issues with missing buildings, I've tried clearing game data and reinstalling but sadly no luck! Most cities I reach are missing most buildings but I can see where the buildings and plots should be. Tried launching in Navezgame to be sure it wasn't an issue with random gen worlds but seems to be consistent.

I bet your log file would tell us a lot more.....





If I was a betting man, I would expect a lot of errors in it referencing A19 prefabs not loading up.  But this is just a guess on what we have seen before.
