Misrotated Vehicles in Custom POIs

Anyone have any ideas what is causing this in custom pois? I have removed and replaced the vehicles but to no avail no matter what they spawn in like this.

This is using the normal vanilla car spawner.

I was told the planet forcibly tipped on its axis about 45 degrees when the apocalypse occurred, then straightened back out, leaving cars embedded into the ground . Working as intended

It's a helper block, right? Isn't there a random rotation property?
