McMillian Residence, Crashed Car Window Visual Bug

I was doing the McMillian Residence - a small house where you start by going down into the below-the-house garage - and was aiming at the zombies with my bow when I noticed that the windscreen of the crashed car was moving oddly in-line with my zoom. I've provided a GIF of the event.

also... i tested it a few times here and could not get the issue.. vanilla settings, nvidia drivers updated as of 22june 2023. tested on high vid setting with rtx3060 with 12gb vram game at 2k resolution windowed.

not saying you dont have the issue just saying i cant repro but as sylen points out... QA will not investigate unless you submit it as a bug report and in the bug report forum as explained by clicking on the red banner above.
