Maximum ram usage only 2.5GB

Hello, the game console only shows it´s only using 2.5GB of ram. Why is that i have 16GB of ram in my pc? Any solutions?..

 
More information would be needed. Like your logs. Maybe a link to a published Speccy report would help too in your case.
