Im trying to get a lot of mountains but the world always ends up feeling super flat, especially roads, theyhardly ever go up/through mountains.

Plains - 0
Mountains -10
Hills -10
Random -0
My A18 world wasnt this flat feeling although I used a 3rd party for A19, I dont know when worlds got so flat.
Would random help increase hills if the random rolls as hills/mountains?
