PC mansions and military bases

its been a long time since i played 7 days, but last February is when i got back into it and i was wondering if the mansions with hidden labs and the military bases with secet tunnels etc. still exist?

 
The Mansions with the hidden labs are still there. The military bases are there too, I don't recall a secret tunnel in one. That's why it's secret I guess.

If it's the one I'm thinking of it is in the South Westish area of the Wasteland on Navezgane. East of the blasted "city", west of the prison, tucked into the southern hills. 

Edit: just realized they were asking about a military base and not a mansion. Probably referring to Red Mesa (has a dug out passage from the silo to the sleeping quarters).
