I would like to request a Mod to change the current magazines to do one of two things.
1. Magazines give a permanent point into the skill they are for (as long as you have the attribute level) but do not increase attributes at all. (You read the mag and got an idea how to move forward in that area.)
2. Scrapping the magazines gives a point to any attribute/skill you want.
Any help would be appreciated!! Also, if this has already been done, my apologies! I would love to have a link to find it.
