LOST SAVE FILES

So,me and my friends were playing on a world that i hosted,but my hard drive failed so the save was gone.Is there anyway i can get back the world?maybe my friends have the folder somewhere since they joined?

Sadly no, it's a good idea to keep backups in case this happens. Once your drive died, anything on that drive has gone with it. You CAN try a file recovery program, but those almost always have some errors that the program tries to correct, which may not work so well for a large game save that requires all of the data to be correct/in the correct positions.

The files your friends have are just the map data/some local files cached like dynamic mesh/map markers/the configuration, not the game save.
