Lost control after accessing inventory

I cannot interact with items after opening inventory. It seemed I lost entire control with game. I could not close inventory. I pressed esc, no response either. I had to close the game via task manager. I will examine the game again to confirm.

Did you clean your game first? The blue button above has instructions. Also delete your mods folder.

I do not have any mod installed. After I restarted game again, the game returned to normal.
