PC losing focus when close to bars

I have set up a new bunker and have bars for the sides. When ever I am close to the bar, I "lose" focus on all far away items and the bars themselves are focused. Any way of changing this?

I am working with a fresh start of A17 b240.

if it's what i think you're saying, it's from having depth of field on in the video options.
