Looking for a slight tweak to parkour

Looking for a mod which may very well exist but the search function is driving me mad.

I'm after a mod that restricts the increased jump height of Parkour to just one block while crouched, so I can stop trying to rocket through the ceiling during precise jumps, I'm aware you can just not read a certain book to get the same effect, but then you lose the full set bonus for that book set.

If someone knows of such a mod I would appreciate it.

if they have that mod i want it too. i max that out as soon as possible and the last stage is so moon-walky i just bash into everything when indoor(crouching helps though)

I've looked into making the modifications myself but I've lost a few steps over the years and I'm just becoming lost.

After equipping the armor or weapon mod don't forget to toggle it on/off, default is F, whatever button you have bound to light source.

Armor mod is incompatible with night vision, night vision will activate but the mod won't. Haven't tried headlamp.
