Looking for a server host in Brazil (for small servers) - Alpha 17

Title. I've found some options adequate for big servers but that become too expensive for small ones.

Preferably price per spot.

Perfect ping its a good choice, but the price per slot is high. i have a dedicate box on amazon host, but we still trying to update A17 and we'r failed, works fine only in A16 :( .

 
I had recommendations of PingPerfect but they have an extra fixed fee to Brazil. Literally triples the price for a small server. Wish it was more like gameservers who charges a proportional extra fee per slot instead of a fixed amount.

I appreciate the reply tho.
