I have found every other version of scope but the 8X for the Marksman rifle. Anyone know if it is "locked" behind some tier of skill before it gets added to the loot table or am I just having my normal terrible luck. I have hit every Shotgun Messiah and Bookstore on my map several times but still have yet to find it.

* (UPDATE) Not 1 hour after posting, I swung into a Shotgun Messiah I hadn't visited in over a week and found 2 8X scopes in 2 separate crates.
